Just kidding, Phil. 
Brendan is in Portland for his daughter’s junior violin recital and I’m celebrating my birthday weekend by not working, taking long naps, and watching trashy TV.  Delightful!

Just saw The Girl With The Dragon Tatoo—Brendan’s comment was “Do all Swedish movies seem like they are going to end and then just continue on?” to which I replied “Yep, just like life.”  Every scene was dark and cold–now he can’t wait to visit our fatherland!

You all have an open invitation to Missoula, although we don’t have Chez Panisse….

Chester’s new squeaky toy

This pig has a 4×4 quilt for a body. Each square has a squeaker, and the head rattles. No wonder he’s in love with it.
