I think I might possibly be ready to scan old slides and photos. (Don’t hold your breath, though.) I’m experimenting with the scanner right now.
My explanation for the blossom of light in the upper part of the photo is that it’s the departing alien ship that just dropped me off.

I am reading a biography of Caesar Augustus, and his usual dinner sounded too much like what Poo would have ordered in a Paris restaurant if it had been on the menu:

I went in to the office today just to see the puppies. They’re about a month old now, and they don’t need to come in every day, since they’re on solid food. They were asleep, but one woke up to teethe on my finger.
