Test post.

A woman at Pt. Isabel asked permission to take a picture of the two of us because we looked so happy together.

Frankie helps us do errands

Frankie.jpg.scaled.1000 Frankie_2.jpg.scaled.1000

David and I and his PBGV Frankie spent the morning doing errands. We visited the Route 11 potato chip factory to watch the potato chips being made, but Frankie didn’t come in for that.

Maybe Fritz’s Cousin?

This little guy, Diesel, moves too fast to get a good picture. The folks at Animal Rescue say he’s a long haired chihuahua but I think he looks a lot like Fritz. Although his Mohawk is on his back not his head, I still think he’s a terror-ier.

You say somebody chewed a book? I wouldn’t know anything about that. I’m just cuddling with my piggy.

Interstate 40

2000_miles_of_nowhere

Just arrived back on Cape Cod last evening. Took this picture along the way. Could be Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Arkansas…. wherever. Just glad to be off the road for a while.

He might have been practicing a tornado drill. Otherwise I have no explanation.

Ring Making

Arlin and Betsy took a jewelry making course this past weekend. Arlin made rings: one for him and one for Phil. He started with one piece of silver, imprinted a design, and then cut, shaped, soldered, filed, sandpapered and buffed to produce two beautiful rings. Sorry the picture doesn’t quite do them justice. Arlin’s look professional; mine look like a beginner (hence, no picture of mine).
