Our neighbors down the road have three horses, a donkey, and two cattle dogs, and they frequently all parade past our place. Yesterday we went out to say hello, and Callix bonded with Trona the burro. Trona is very sweet and gentle. He ignored Chester’s and Fritz’s attempts to drive him away while he communed with Callix through the gate.
