Fritz was neutered on Tuesday and came home that evening. He has to wear a cone to keep him from licking the incision. He was noticeably unhappy about the cone for about 24 hours and then got used to it. He looks like a little four-legged vacuum cleaner, and acts like one too. He’s gone from not eating anything to being on the hunt for food every waking minute (happily, he sleeps a lot). He tries to get up onto every surface that might contain food — cat shelf, dining table, TV tray, lap. Between Fritz and Callix we’re getting used to securing the food supplies much more carefully than we had to with just Kai and Chester.
