We’re in the middle of a week of winter storms — about as bad as it
gets here. Heavy rain is accompanied by strong, gusty winds. If it
were cold enough to snow, these would be blizzard conditions. Even the
dogs don’t like to be out in this weather. We try to wait for a letup
to go to the dog park, but even if it’s not raining when we go, it’s
still a morass. — Phil
